Karlos Bledsoe Sr.

Karlos Bledsoe Sr. is a FocalPoint business and executive coach who's passionate about generating business results and helping people live their best lives. He has led teams and individuals to deliver outsized results by creating environments where all are valued and free to fully bring themselves to work. He believes all workers should experience these healthy work environments. This might seem strange coming from an engineer; but leading in IT, manufacturing, internal consulting/coaching, and sales training have clarified the nuances of achieving outstanding results through human-centered leadership, in both technical and non-technical environments.

With strong and successful experience leading strategic planning, strategy execution, data warehousing, data analytics, project management, and Lean Six Sigma, he brings proven practices from large companies and tailors them to medium- and small-sized companies to create competitive advantage and rapid growth.

Karlos is a husband and the father of four sons, where he enjoys the crazy fun of sports, band instruments, academics, and navigating this modern world. He’s learned to balance professional and personal time, which is also part of his coaching. Karlos is a founding member of the St. Louis chapter of the Society for Information Management (SIM), the founder of the St. Louis Gateway to Innovation IT conference, and served on the boards of City Academy – an independent elementary school in North St. Louis city, and Edgewood Children’s Center – an organization dedicated to the treatment and care of emotionally disturbed children.
